Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Deluxe Cleaning Services, all confirmed bookings are subject to our cancellation and refund policy.
Once our team has attended the site, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Deluxe Cleaning Services reserves the right to inspect and rectify any concerns before any refund is considered.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- No access to the property/site
- No electricity, water, or required utilities available
- Unsafe or unsuitable working conditions
- Client cancellation after arrival
- The site not being ready for cleaning
- Any other circumstances preventing the clean from being completed
In exceptional cases, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Deluxe Cleaning Services. Where a refund is approved, it will be a partial refund of up to 50% of the total booking amount.
Full refunds will not be issued once our team has attended the site.
By confirming a booking with Deluxe Cleaning Services, the client agrees to this policy.
Claims Relating to Alleged Damage
Deluxe Cleaning Services does not automatically accept liability for any alleged damage, loss, or incident said to have occurred during the provision of our services.
All claims will be investigated on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by sufficient evidence. Customers must provide photographs, details of the alleged damage, and allow Deluxe Cleaning Services a reasonable opportunity to inspect the issue and, where appropriate, propose a suitable remedy.
Liability will not be assumed solely because a claim has been made. Deluxe Cleaning Services reserves the right to investigate all circumstances surrounding the alleged damage before determining whether any responsibility exists.
Where liability is established, any remedy shall be limited to a reasonable repair, treatment, or other appropriate corrective action and shall not automatically extend to full replacement of any item.
Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Deluxe Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions before booking our services. By continuing to use our services after any amendments have been published, customers agree to be bound by the updated Terms & Conditions.
The latest version of our Terms & Conditions will always be available on our website and shall supersede any previous versions.
